1. Suitable for All Genders: Ideal for those who stand or sit for long periods, maintain a fixed posture, teachers, caregivers, office workers, students, postpartum women, fitness enthusiasts, and those seeking a slim figure.

2. Material: Made from 5A natural latex, effectively shapes with a mild and harmless scent. Simply let it air dry to fade the scent. Choose the size according to the provided chart.

3. Usage Time: On the first day, wear for 2 hours, then gradually increase by 1 hour until reaching 6-8 hours daily, 4-6 days a week. Each cycle lasts 3-4 months, followed by a 2-week break. Regular cycles yield more noticeable results. Note: Those with high body fat should use the BELLY SHAPING LATEX in combination with exercise, physical activity, a healthy and balanced diet, and avoid late-night eating.

4. Exercise: Suitable for aerobic exercises, standard equipment with loose fasteners, and weight training. Avoid wearing during sit-ups, crunches, or yoga as it may affect the spine and the durability of the waist shaper.

5. Allergy Prevention Tips:

   • Wash thoroughly before long-term use.
   • If you have sensitive skin, wear a thin layer underneath and avoid tightness initially. Gradually increase wearing time according to the provided instructions.

6. Inappropriate Conditions for Use: Avoid during yoga, abdominal exercises, excessive bending, menstruation, snoring, discomfort, or illness. If you have poor digestion, avoid wearing it immediately; wear it an hour after eating. Additionally, consider wearing it 20 days post-vaginal birth or 3 months post-C-section. Mothers should assess their health condition and not force themselves to wear it, as health comes first.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash weekly or when heavily perspired, add a drop of mild detergent (avoid bleach), soak in water for 3-5 minutes, gently rub for 2-3 minutes, air dry naturally. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, excessive wringing, direct sunlight, and ironing.
